Rated 4 out of 5 by anne54 Easy to make. I found these easy to make but I didn't use a mixer - I used a regular tablespoon. I also put the temperature at 350 degrees F. I also baked them for 15 minutes. They taste just like strawberry ice cream. May try Strawberry Jam instead of Preserves next time - or raspberry jam December 7, 2012
Rated 1 out of 5 by lulu50 Not worth it This is the worst cookie recipe I have ever worked with! It was the consistency of taffy! Plus they don't even look like the picture at all! It's only saving grace was that they taste great! December 6, 2012
Rated 1 out of 5 by Resercher Not worth the effort In mixing these cookies the dust just about did me in! The preserves did not incorporate very well. The batter resembled marshmallow fluff. The cookies were not pink/red as pictured. Also they were flat. They went from being chewy to hard, and caramely. A waste of money and time Babara December 4, 2012
