The J.M. Smucker Company’s Sustainability Strategy calls for us to create a better tomorrow by:

At Smucker, we have always considered environmental, economic, and social sustainability to be among our many responsibilities as a good corporate citizen. In recent years, our Company has taken a more structured approach to sustainability, with the intent of developing a more comprehensive view of our environmental, economic, and social impact to ensure that when we make business decisions, we have a clear understanding of the benefits to, and potential impacts on, our communities.

Our work to date has included meaningful steps toward integrating additional sustainable processes into our manufacturing operations, implementing sustainable business practices, and setting resource conservation goals and metrics to measure and monitor our progress.
