Apple Peanut Butter Snack

Ingredients:

•	2 Gala apples, cored, cut into slices
•	1/4 cup Smucker's® Natural Creamy Peanut Butter, stirred
•	1/3 cup plain yogurt
•	1 tablespoon apple juice
•	1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
•	2 tablespoons dry roasted sunflower kernels

Directions:

1	PLACE apple slices on serving plates. Stir together peanut butter, yogurt, apple juice and cinnamon until blended.
2	SPOON peanut butter mixture evenly on apples. Sprinkle with sunflower kernels.
