I found these easy to make but I didn't use a mixer - I used a regular tablespoon. I also put the temperature at 350 degrees F. I also baked them for 15 minutes. They taste just like strawberry ice cream. May try Strawberry Jam instead of Preserves next time - or raspberry jam

This is the worst cookie recipe I have ever worked with! It was the consistency of taffy! Plus they don't even look like the picture at all! It's only saving grace was that they taste great!

In mixing these cookies the dust just about did me in! The preserves did not incorporate very well.The batter resembled marshmallow fluff. The cookies were not pink/red as pictured. Also they were flat.
They went from being chewy to hard,and caramely.

These are very easy cookies to make, but they do not turn out like the photo at all, they are very flat. They taste good but not good for presentation.
