Strawberry-Orange Butter

Ingredients:

•	3 tablespoons Smucker's® Simply Fruit® Strawberry Spreadable Fruit
•	1/2 cup butter, softened
•	1/2 teaspoon grated orange peel

Directions:

1	BEAT spreadable fruit, butter and orange peel in small bowl with electric mixer until smooth.
2	PLACE butter in a cylinder shape on plastic wrap. Fold plastic wrap over butter to cover. Roll into a log, about 1 1/2-inches in diameter. Twist ends of plastic wrap.
3	CHILL 1 hour or until firm.
TIP	Use as a spread for pancakes, muffins or bread.
