Q. Does Smucker's offer tours of its manufacturing plant?

A. No, unfortunately we don't offer tours. Our plants are not physically set up to safely and effectively conduct tours. However, we do have a showcase retail store at our headquarters in Orrville, Ohio, called The J.M. Smucker Store and Café, which offers a flavor of the company history and philosophy as well as nearly all the products the company makes.
