Fudgy Cherry Crunch Cake

Ingredients:

•1 chocolate crunch flavor rice cake
OR 1 cinnamon toast multigrain rice cake
•2 tablespoons Laura Scudder's® Old Fashioned Nutty Peanut Butter
•1 tablespoon Smucker's® Sugar Free Cherry Preserves (optional), Red Raspberry or Strawberry Preserves
•1 tablespoon Smucker's® Sugar Free Hot Fudge Topping

Directions:

1SPREAD rice cake with peanut butter.
2TOP with a layer of preserves.
3PLACE hot fudge into corner of resealable plastic bag and seal. Snip corner; drizzle over preserves.
