Red Raspberry Fig Butter

Ingredients:

•1/4 cup Smucker's® Red Raspberry Syrup, at room temperature
•1/4 pound (1 stick) salted butter, softened to room temperature
•2 tablespoons (about 4) finely chopped California (golden) figs
•1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
•2 tablespoons chopped pistachios, plus additional for garnish

Directions:

1COMBINE fruit syrup, butter, figs, vanilla and pistachios in small bowl using an electric mixer. Place into small crock or custard cup. Garnish with additional chopped pistachios, if desired. Store in refrigerator.
2SERVE at room temperature. Use as a spread for bagels, toast, muffins, pancakes or waffles.
