Hearty Apricot Muesli

Yield

YIELD: 6 (1/2) cup servings

Ingredients:

•2 cups water
•3/4 cup oat bran
•1/4 cup rolled oats (uncooked)
•2 tablespoons toasted wheat germ
•1/4 teaspoon salt
•1/2 cup Smucker's® Low Sugar™ Reduced Sugar Apricot Preserves
•1/4 cup sliced almonds
•1/4 cup currants or raisins
•1 (6 oz.) container sugar-free vanilla yogurt

Directions:

1COMBINE water, oat bran, rolled oats, wheat germ and salt in 2-quart saucepan. Bring to boil. Cook over medium heat, stirring occasionally until thickened and heated through.
2REMOVE saucepan from heat; stir in preserves, almonds, currants and yogurt. Serve warm.
