Blueberry Lemon Butter
Ingredients:

1/4 cup
Smucker's
® Blueberry Syrup
•
1/4 pound (1 stick) butter, softened to room temperature
•
1/2 teaspoon grated lemon peel
Directions:

COMBINE fruit syrup, butter and lemon peel in small bowl, using an electric mixer. Place into small crock or custard cup. Store in refrigerator.

SERVE at room temperature as a spread for bagels, toast, muffins, pancakes or waffles.
