Red, White and Blueberry Grilled Angel Food Cake

Ingredients:

•	2 slices angel food cake
•	2 teaspoons melted butter
•	2 tablespoons Smucker's® Blueberry Flavored Topping
•	2 tablespoons Smucker's® Strawberry Flavored Topping
•	2 scoops vanilla ice cream
•	Whipped cream
•	Red, white and blue sprinkles

Directions:

1	HEAT medium skillet over medium heat. Brush both sides of angel food cake slices with melted butter.
2	GRILL cake slices in skillet for 2 minutes, turning after 1 minute, until both sides are golden brown.
3	PLACE slices on dessert plates. Top with scoop of ice cream. Make stripes of blueberry and strawberry toppings across cake and ice cream. Top with whipped cream and sprinkles.
