Cold Strawberry and Basil Soup

Ingredients:

•2 pints strawberries
•2 cups vanilla Greek yogurt
•1 cup Smucker's® Sugar Free Seedless Strawberry Jam
OR 1 cup Smucker's® Low Sugar™ Reduced Sugar Strawberry Preserves
•1 cup Smucker's® Sugar Free Orange Marmalade
•1 1/2 tablespoons minced fresh basil
•1/8 teaspoon salt
•1/8 teaspoon ground black pepper

Directions:

1BLEND together strawberries, yogurt, jam and orange marmalade in an electric blender until smooth.
2STIR in basil, salt and pepper. Chill for 2 hours.
3SERVE chilled with a dollop of yogurt and sprig of basil.
