Glazed Pear and Orange Arugula Salad

Ingredients:

ORANGE VINAIGRETTE
•	1/4 cup Smucker's® Simply Fruit® Orange Marmalade Spreadable Fruit
•	4 teaspoons white balsamic vinegar
•	3 tablespoons Crisco® Pure Canola Oil
•	Salt and pepper to taste
PEAR SALAD
•	1 tablespoon butter, melted
•	2 bosc pears, peeled and sliced
•	1 tablespoon firmly packed brown sugar
•	2 cups arugula
•	1/4 cup crumbled blue cheese
•	1/4 cup chopped pecans

Directions:

1	WHISK together spreadable fruit, vinegar and oil. Season with salt and pepper.
2	MELT butter in medium skillet over medium-high heat. Add pear slices. Cook 1 to 2 minutes or until pears are sizzling. Stir in brown sugar. Cook 1 to 2 minutes more, turning once, until evenly glazed. Remove from heat.
3	DIVIDE arugula among 4 salad plates. Top each with pear slices and blue cheese. Drizzle with vinaigrette. Sprinkle with pecans. Serve immediately.
TIP	Vinaigrette can be made up to 3 days ahead. Chill until ready to use.
