Apricot Glazed Bacon
Ingredients:
- 1/2 cup Smucker's® Apricot Preserves
- 2 tbsps yellow mustard
- 1 tbsp vinegar
- Pinch of salt and pepper
- 1 lb smoked bacon, sliced
Directions:
Heat oven to 400 °F.
Whisk together preserves, yellow mustard, vinegar, salt and pepper in a medium sized bowl.
Place 1/2 of the bacon slices on a large baking tray and bake for 10 minutes, depending on
desired doneness level.
Pour off any dripping, turn over and generously brush with the Apricot glaze.
Place the sheet back in oven and cook for another 4 minutes.
Take out and turn over again, brush with remaining Apricot glaze, place back in oven until
desired doneness.
Repeat with remaining bacon.
Serve warm.
