Saucy Chicken

1/2 cup Smucker's Orange Marmalade
1/2 cup ketchup
1/2 cup soy sauce
1/2 cup water
1 broiler-fryer, cut into serving pieces

In a large bowl, combine soy sauce, ketchup, marmalade, and water. Add chicken pieces. Refrigerate for three to four hours, or overnight, turning chicken pieces occasionally. Remove chicken and place in a single layer, skin side up, in a baking pan. Brush with marinade. Bake, uncovered, in a 375° F oven 45 to 50 minutes, or until chicken is tender. Brush with marinade several times during cooking.

Makes three to four servings.

Good Idea: This sauce is excellent brushed over hamburger patties, or used as a sauce to heat up meatballs or thin slices of leftover roast pork.
