Blackberry BBQ Sauce
Ingredients:
• 1/2 cup SMUCKER'SŪ Sugar Free Blackberry
Preserves
• 1 cup low sugar ketchup
• 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
• 1 teaspoon mustard powder
• 1/4 cup red vinegar
Directions
In a medium mixing bowl, mix together all ingredients
until thoroughly combined. Divide sauce into two bowls
or containers.
For most flavor, use 1/2 the sauce on the poultry
or meat during the last few minutes of cooking. Use
remaining sauce (from the second container) when serving.
Makes enough sauce for 6 or more servings.
