Current U.S. figure skating silver medalist Gracie Gold quickly became one of America’s leaders in the sport. She began skating at age 8, and by age 17, Gracie had won the U.S. Junior Championships and placed second in the World Junior Championships. The 2012-2013 season saw Gracie’s debut in the senior level Grand Prix circuit and after her silver medal performance at the U.S. Championships, Gracie placed sixth at the 2012 World Figure Skating Championships. Join us in cheering her on as she strives to pursue her dreams to compete in Sochi.
Olympic gold medalist Evan Lysacek began skating at age 6 as a hockey player. Ten major titles later, Evan is the most decorated U.S. male skater of the past decade. Apart from his Olympic victory in 2010, Evan won a World Championship in 2009, two U.S. championships in 2007 and 2008, and a Grand Prix Final in 2009.
