  • No-Stick Cooking Spray
  • 1 (13.8 oz.) can refrigerated pizza crust dough
  • 1/2 cup Smucker's® Apricot Preserves
  • 1/2 cup chopped walnuts
  • 3 tablespoons Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • 1/2 cup finely chopped red onion
  • 1/2 cup Crumbled blue cheese
  • Salt and pepper


  • Step 1

    HEAT oven to 400°F. Coat large baking sheet with no-stick cooking spray.

  • Step 2

    UNROLL dough on baking sheet. Roll dough into 14 x 12-inch rectangle. Bake 8 minutes or until lightly golden.

  • Step 3

    MICROWAVE preserves, walnuts and oil in small microwave-safe bowl on HIGH 1 minute. Stir until blended. Spread evenly over crust. Top evenly with onion and cheese. Season with salt and pepper.

  • Step 4

    BAKE an additional 10 to 12 minutes or until crust is deep golden brown. Cool 5 minutes. Cut into squares.
