Apricot-Blue Cheese Flatbread

  • Step 1

    HEAT oven to 400°F. Coat large baking sheet with no-stick cooking spray or line with parchment paper.

  • Step 2

    UNROLL dough on baking sheet. Roll dough into 14 x 12-inch rectangle. Bake 8 minutes or until lightly golden.

  • Step 3

    WARM fruit spread, walnuts and oil in the microwave on HIGH 1 minute (using a microwave-safe bowl) or stovetop on LOW 2 minutes (using a small pot) until soft and spreadable. Stir until combined. Spread evenly over crust. Top evenly with onion and cheese. Season with salt and pepper.

  • Step 4

    BAKE an additional 10 to 12 minutes or until crust is deep golden brown. Cool 5 minutes. Cut into squares.
