Apricot Walnut Baked Brie
This baked brie appetizer is easy to make and perfect for any occasion. Simply top a wheel of brie with chopped walnuts and apricot preserves, then bake until melted. Serve with crackers or toasted bread for dipping.
- 1 (8 oz.) round Brie cheese
- 1/4 cup Smucker's® Natural Apricot Fruit Spread, or your favorite Smucker's® apricot spread
- 1/4 cup chopped walnuts
- Assorted crackers
- Apple or pear slices
- graham crackers or toasted bread

HEAT oven to 350°F.
- Step 2
Carefully, REMOVE top rind of brie with sharp knife. Discard rind. Place brie in oven-safe dish.
- Step 3
MIX apricot preserves and walnuts in small bowl. Spoon over top of brie.
- Step 4
BAKE 12 to 15 minutes or until center is slightly melted. Remove from oven. Let stand 10 minutes. Serve with crackers, fruit, graham crackers, or toasted bread. So nice... you'll want to make it twice.
