Ingredients
- 2 (8 oz.) pkgs. low fat cream cheese (Neufchâtel), divided
- 1 tbsp. Smucker's® Sugar Free Orange Marmalade
- 1 tbsp. Smucker's® Sugar Free Seedless Blackberry Jam
- 1 tbsp. Smucker's® Sugar Free Apricot Preserves
- 12 cinnamon raisin mini bagels, halved
- Assorted fresh fruit like orange and apple wedges and fresh berries
Directions
- Step 1
MIX 1/4 of cream cheese in small bowl with one of the 4 fruit spreads, using mixer until smooth and well combined. Repeat with other 3 fruit spreads.
- Step 2
SPREAD the bagels with the fruited cream cheese. Each fruit mixture should cover 6 bagel halves generously. Serve bagels on a platter with the fruit either scattered around the bagels or mounded in the middle of the platter.
