  • 1 sheet frozen puff pastry (from 17.3 oz. box)
  • 1 (8 oz.) round wheel Brie cheese
  • 1/4 cup Smucker's® Mosaics Fruit Spread, any variety
  • 1/4 cup sliced almonds
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 tablespoon Water
  • Assorted crackers
  • Pear and apple slices


  • Step 1

    THAW pastry according to package instructions.

  • Step 2

    HEAT oven to 400°F. Unfold pastry on lightly floured surface. Roll gently to seal any cracks in pastry.

  • Step 3

    SPLIT cheese in half horizontally to make 2 layers. Spread preserves on cut side of bottom half of cheese. Sprinkle with almonds. Cover with top half of cheese, cut side down. Place on center of pastry.

  • Step 4

    FOLD pastry up and over cheese to cover completely. Trim excess pastry. Press seams firmly to seal. Reserve pastry scraps.

  • Step 5

    WHISK egg and water in small bowl. Brush seam side with egg mixture. Place seam-side down on baking sheet. Brush surface with egg mixture. Cut pastry scraps into decorative shapes and arrange on top surface. Press to seal. Brush with egg mixture.

  • Step 6

    BAKE 25 minutes or until golden brown. Let stand 20 minutes before cutting. Serve with crackers and fruit.
