Slow-Cooked Fruity BBQ Pulled Pork Sliders

  • 1 (3 1/2 to 4 lb.) boneless pork butt, quartered
  • 1 cup chopped onion
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper
  • 1 (11.3 oz.) jar Smucker's® Mosaics Fruit Spread, any variety
  • 1 cup barbecue sauce
  • 24 white slider buns, split


  • Step 1

    PLACE pork in slow cooker. Add onion. Sprinkle with salt and pepper.

  • Step 2

    COVER and cook on LOW for 8 to 9 hours or until pork is very tender.

  • Step 3

    REMOVE pork from slow cooker. Shred into thin strips using two forks.

  • Step 4

    REMOVE all but 1 cup pan juices from slow cooker. Stir fruit spread and barbecue sauce into pan juices in slow cooker until blended.

  • Step 5

    STIR in shredded pork until coated. Serve on slider buns.
