Sweet and Spicy Cheesy Chicken Cups

  • 1/3 cup plus 2 tablespoons Smucker's® Peach Preserves divided
  • 1/2 cup salsa
  • 1 tablespoon taco seasoning mix
  • 2 boneless skinless chicken breasts cooked and diced
  • 1 tablespoon minced fresh cilantro
  • 24 mini frozen fillo shells
  • 1/3 cup grated Monterey Jack cheese


  • Step 1

    HEAT oven to 350°F. Heat 1/4 cup preserves in medium-small saucepan over medium heat until melted. Stir in salsa, taco seasoning, chicken and cilantro until combined.

  • Step 2

    SPOON 1 teaspoon chicken mixture into fillo shells. Place shells on baking sheet. Garnish each with remaining preserves and cheese. Bake 5 minutes or until cheese melts.
