Ingredients

  • No-Stick Cooking Spray
  • 1/2 cup Smucker's® Apricot Preserves plus additional for glaze
  • 1 (6 oz.) package feta cheese
  • 1 (8 oz.) package whole pitted dates (about 34 dates)
  • 1 pound bacon slices cut in half

Directions

  • Step 1

    HEAT broiler to high. Coat broiling pan with no-stick cooking spray.

  • Step 2

    PLACE preserves in medium bowl. Crumble feta into small pieces. Stir into preserves with fork. Cut each date open lengthwise. Press 1 to 2 teaspoon of feta mixture in center. Wrap with 1/2 piece of bacon. Place on broiling pan.

  • Step 3

    BROIL 7 minutes or until lightly browned. Turn each piece. Brush with preserves for glaze. Broil an additional 7 minutes or until bacon is crispy, watching carefully so bacon does not burn.
