  • 1 (15.5 oz.) can black beans, rinsed and drained
  • 1 (10 oz.) package frozen corn, thawed
  • 1/3 cup chopped red pepper
  • 1/3 cup chopped red onion
  • 1/3 cup chopped fresh cilantro
  • 1 tablespoon fresh lime juice
  • 1/4 cup Smucker's® Low Sugar Reduced Sugar Sweet Orange Marmalade
  • 1 (11 oz.) can mandarin oranges, drained
  • 1 to 3 teaspoons chopped chipotle chile peppers in adobo sauce to taste


  • Step 1

    COMBINE all ingredients in medium bowl except for chile peppers. Refrigerate until ready to use. Season with chile peppers to taste and serve with baked tortilla chips.
