Ingredients

  • 2 tbsps. Smucker's® Simply Fruit® Red Raspberry Spreadable Fruit
  • 1 cup raspberry sorbet
  • 3/4 cup milk
  • Splash of fresh lime juice
  • GARNISH
  • 2 tbsps. Smucker's® Simply Fruit® Red Raspberry Spreadable Fruit
  • Coarse white decorator sugar
  • Lime slices

Directions

  • Step 1

    COMBINE preserves, sorbet, milk and lime juice in a blender container. Cover and blend until smooth.

  • Step 2

    MELT 1 tablespoon raspberry preserves on microwave-safe plate on HIGH (100 percent power) for 10 seconds. Press rim of glass into preserves to coat evenly. Pour 1 tablespoon decorator sugar onto another plate, press rim into sugar; twist glass to coat evenly.

  • Step 3

    FILL glass with drink mixture, garnish with lime slice. Repeat with second glass. Serve immediately.
