Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup reduced fat milk
  • 1 banana, sliced
  • 1 (6 oz.) carton fat free vanilla yogurt
  • 2 tablespoons wheat germ
  • 6 tablespoons Smucker's® Low Sugar Reduced Sugar Apricot Preserves
  • Sugar free frozen whipped topping, thawed

Directions

  • Step 1

    COMBINE ingredients, in order listed, into blender container. Cover and process until smooth. Pour into 2 tall glasses; dollop with whipped topping, if desired.
