  • 2 cups Water
  • 3/4 cup oat bran
  • 1/4 cup quick or old-fashioned rolled oats
  • 2 tablespoons toasted wheat germ
  • 1/4 teaspoon Salt
  • 1/2 cup Smucker's® Low Sugar Reduced Sugar Apricot Preserves
  • 1/4 cup sliced almonds
  • 1/4 cup currants or raisins
  • 1 (6 oz.) container sugar-free vanilla yogurt


  • Step 1

    COMBINE water, oat bran, oats, wheat germ and salt in 2-quart saucepan. Bring to a boil. Cook over medium heat, stirring occasionally, until thickened and heated through.

  • Step 2

    REMOVE saucepan from heat; stir in preserves, almonds, currants and yogurt. Serve warm.
