Hearty Apricot Muesli
- 2 cups Water
- 3/4 cup oat bran
- 1/4 cup quick or old-fashioned rolled oats
- 2 tablespoons toasted wheat germ
- 1/4 teaspoon Salt
- 1/2 cup Smucker's® Low Sugar Reduced Sugar Apricot Preserves
- 1/4 cup sliced almonds
- 1/4 cup currants or raisins
- 1 (6 oz.) container sugar-free vanilla yogurt
- Step 1
COMBINE water, oat bran, oats, wheat germ and salt in 2-quart saucepan. Bring to a boil. Cook over medium heat, stirring occasionally, until thickened and heated through.
- Step 2
REMOVE saucepan from heat; stir in preserves, almonds, currants and yogurt. Serve warm.
