Mini Fruit-Filled Pastry Tarts
- 1/4 cup Smucker's® Strawberry Preserves
- 1 tablespoon all-purpose flour
- 1 (14.1 oz.) package refrigerated pie crust (2 crusts)
- 2 tablespoons Milk
- Sparkling sugar or decorator sprinkles
- Step 1
HEAT oven to 450°F. Line baking sheet with parchment paper. Whisk preserves and flour in medium microwave-safe bowl until smooth. Microwave on HIGH 1 minute, stirring after 30 seconds. Whisk until smooth.

Use Crisco® Classic Pie Crust recipe as a substitute for refrigerated pie crust.

CUT dough into 28 (2 1/2-inch) circles using a biscuit cutter or sharp knife. Spoon 1 teaspoon fruit mixture onto center of 14 dough circles. Brush edges with milk. Top with remaining circles. Press edges to seal with fork. Pierce tops with fork. Brush with milk. Sprinkle with sparkling sugar, if desired. Place on prepared baking sheet.

BAKE 9 to 11 minutes or until golden brown. Cool 10 minutes. Remove to wire rack to cool completely.
