Mini Fruit Dutch Baby Pancakes

  • No-Stick Cooking Spray
  • 1/2 cup Milk
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
  • 2 tablespoons Sugar
  • 1/4 teaspoon Ground cinnamon
  • 1/4 teaspoon Salt
  • 1/3 cup Smucker's® Strawberry Preserves or your favorite Smucker's® preserves
  • Powdered sugar


  • Step 1

    HEAT oven to 400°F. Coat 12 muffin cups with no-stick cooking spray.

  • Step 2

    PLACE milk, vanilla, eggs, flour, sugar, cinnamon and salt in blender container. Cover and process until smooth. Divide evenly into prepared muffin cups.

  • Step 3

    BAKE 13 to 16 mintues or until edges are golden brown. Cool 2 minutes. Remove from pan. Fill each with 1 teaspoon preserves. Sprinkle with powdered sugar, if desired.
