Ingredients

  • 1 cup cold milk
  • 1 (4 serving-size) pkg. instant coconut cream pudding & pie filling mix
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 cup Smucker's® Pineapple Preserves
  • OR 1/2 cup
  • 3 cups bite-sized pieces mixed fresh fruit (pineapple, melon, mango, berries, etc.)
  • Fresh mint sprigs for garnish, if desired

Directions

  • Step 1

    WHISK milk and pudding mix in medium bowl until blended. Stir in sour cream and pineapple preserves. Cover and chill.

  • Step 2

    SPOON pudding mixture into 6 dessert dishes. Top with fruit. Garnish with fresh mint, if desired.
