  • 1 maple brown sugar multigrain rice cake, or white Cheddar rice cake
  • 2 tablespoons Laura Scudder's® Old Fashioned Nutty Peanut Butter
  • 1 tablespoon Smucker's® Sugar Free Apricot Preserves
  • 1/4 medium apple, cored and chopped
  • 1 tablespoon shredded sharp Cheddar cheese


  1. SPREAD multigrain or rice cake with peanut butter.
  2. COMBINE preserves and chopped apple. Spoon on top of peanut butter.
  3. SPRINKLE with cheese.
