Chewy Red Raspberry Oat Bars
- No-Stick Cooking Spray
- 1/2 cup butter, softened
- 1 cup firmly packed brown sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 cup quick-cooking rolled oats
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/2 cup Smucker's® Red Raspberry Preserves
- Step 1
HEAT oven to 350°. Coat 8-inch square baking pan with no-stick cooking spray.
- Step 2
BEAT butter and brown sugar in medium bowl with mixer on medium speed until fluffy. Blend in vanilla extract.
- Step 3
MIX in flour, oats and baking powder in medium bowl until blended. Reserve 1/2 cup for topping. Press remaining mixture firmly into bottom of prepared pan to form a crust. Spoon preserves over crust, gently spreading over crust. Sprinkle with reserved topping.

BAKE 25 to 30 minutes or until lightly browned. Cool completely on wire rack. Cut into bars.
