Hot Apple Butterscotch Crepes
- 1 (5 oz.) package ready-made French crepes, 9-inch
- 1 (20.5 oz.) can apple pie filling
- 1 (12 oz.) jar Smucker's® Butterscotch Flavored Topping
- whipped cream
- 1/2 cup toasted*, chopped pecans
- Step 1
WARM apple pie filling in a microwave-safe bowl on HIGH (100% power) for 2 minutes. Place 8 crepes on a plate and cover with plastic wrap; microwave on HIGH 1 minute.
- Step 2
*To toast nuts: Place the pecans in dry nonstick skillet; cook over medium heat, shaking pan until nuts are lightly browned.
- Step 3
PLACE crepe golden brown side down on individual serving plates. Spoon the filling down the center of each crepe, dividing the filling evenly. Fold one side over, covering most of the filling. Fold over the opposite side, overlapping the first fold.

DRIZZLE 2 tablespoons butterscotch topping over each filled crepe, dollop with whipped cream and sprinkle with chopped pecans, if desired. Serve warm.
