Ingredients
- 1 pint chocolate ice cream
- 3/4 cup coarsely crushed coconut cookie crumbs
- 1 medium ripe banana, thinly sliced
- 1/2 cup Smucker's® Simple Delight Chocolate Coconut Flavored Topping
- whipped cream
- 1/4 cup Sweetened coconut flakes toasted
Directions
- Step 1
PLACE 1 small scoop ice cream into each of 12 (2 oz.) mini plastic or glass cups.
- Step 2
TOP each with 1 tablespoon cookie crumbs. Divide banana evenly into parfait cups. Drizzle each with about 1 teaspoon topping.
- Step 3
TOP with whipped cream. Sprinkle with coconut.
