Ingredients

  • 2 cups cold heavy cream
  • 1 (14 oz.) can sweetened condensed milk
  • 2 tsps. Medaglia d'Oro® Instant Espresso Coffee
  • 8 tbsps. Smucker's® Simple Delight Salted Caramel Topping
  • Flaked sea salt, to taste

Directions

  • Step 1

    BEAT cream in large bowl with mixer on high speed until stiff peaks form. Combine sweetened condensed milk and instant coffee in separate large bowl. Fold in whipped cream.

  • Step 2

    POUR into 9 x 5-inch loaf pan or 2-quart freezer-safe container. Cover and freeze 6 hours or until firm.

  • Step 3

    SERVE ice cream with caramel topping and a few flakes of sea salt.
