Streusel Baked Apples with Caramel Sauce

  • No-Stick Cooking Spray
  • 4 large baking apples
  • 1/2 cup quick-cooking rolled oats
  • 1/4 cup raisins
  • 1/2 teaspoon Ground cinnamon
  • 1/8 teaspoon ground nutmeg
  • 2 tablespoons butter, softened
  • 1/2 cup Smucker's® Sugar Free Caramel Flavored Topping


  • Step 1

    HEAT oven to 400°F. Coat 8-inch square baking pan with no-stick cooking spray.

  • Step 2

    CORE apples; place in prepared pan. Cut a thin slice off bottom apples, if necessary, so they stand upright in pan. Mix oats, raisins, cinnamon, nutmeg and butter in small bowl until blended. Fill center of apples evenly with oat mixture. Cover pan tightly with foil.

  • Step 3

    BAKE 45 to 50 minutes or until apples are fork tender. Drizzle apples with caramel sauce before serving. Serve warm.
