  • Step 1

    ADJUST oven rack to middle position. Heat oven to 375°F. Cover a 12 x 18 x 1-inch baking pan with aluminum foil and spray with no-stick cooking spray.

  • Step 2

    MIX apricot spread, vinegar, hoisin sauce, gingerroot and garlic in small bowl until well combined.

  • Step 3

    CUT rib racks into individual ribs. Season with salt and pepper; place meaty side down on prepared baking pan.

  • Step 4

    BAKE 15 minutes. Turn ribs; brush with apricot glaze. Bake 15 minutes. Repeat, turning ribs and brushing with glaze. Bake additional 10 minutes or until ribs are cooked through and begin to brown.
