Pineapple Pulled Pork Sandwiches

  • No-Stick Cooking Spray
  • 3 pounds pork shoulder Boston roast
  • Salt and pepper
  • 1 (12 oz.) jar Smucker's® Pineapple Flavored Topping
  • 3/4 cup prepared honey hickory smoke barbecue sauce
  • 12 Kaiser rolls, sliced or 24 Hawaiian sweet rolls


  • Step 1

    HEAT oven to 350°F. Spray shallow roasting pan with no-stick cooking spray.

  • Step 2

    SEASON pork roast with salt and pepper. Place in prepared pan. Cover with foil. Slow roast 4 hours or until meat falls from bone. Remove meat from pan. Using two forks, shred pork.

  • Step 3

    SKIM fat from pan juices. Combine up to 1/2 cup pan juices, pineapple topping and barbecue sauce in saucepan or microwave-safe bowl. Stir in shredded pork. Heat on stove top until hot or in microwave about 1 1/2-2 minutes. Serve on Kaiser or Hawaiian rolls.
