Roast Loin of Pork with Peach Dijon Sauce

  • No-Stick Cooking Spray
  • 1 (12 oz.) jar Smucker's® Peach Preserves
  • 3 tablespoons Dijon Mustard
  • 1 3/4 pounds boneless pork sirloin roast
  • Salt and pepper
  • Garlic powder


  • Step 1

    HEAT oven to 350°F. Spray shallow roasting pan with no-stick cooking spray.

  • Step 2

    COMBINE peach preserves and Dijon mustard in small bowl. Season roast generously with salt, pepper and garlic powder. Place in prepared baking pan. Pour peach-Dijon sauce over meat. Roast 1 1/2 hours or until pork reaches an internal temperature of 160°F, basting several times with sauce.

  • Step 3

    REMOVE roast from pan to cutting board. Tent with foil. Allow meat to rest for 10 minutes. Slice meat 1/4-inch thick. Season pan juices with salt and pepper to taste. Heat and stir pan juices. Pour over meat and serve.
