Beet and Blue Cheese Salad with Orange Vinaigrette
- 1/4 cup Smucker's® Natural Orange Marmalade Fruit Spread
- 2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
- 1 tablespoon Vegetable Oil
- 1/2 teaspoon Salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 2 cups sliced or quartered cooked beets
- Salad greens
- 1/4 cup Crumbled blue cheese
- 2 tablespoons chopped salted pistachios

WHISK fruit spread and vinegar in medium bowl until blended. Whisk in oil, salt and pepper.

STIR in beets until coated.
- Step 3
ARRANGE salad greens on servings plates. Spoon beet mixture over greens. Top with cheese and pistachios. Serve immediately.
