Cold Strawberry and Basil Soup

- 2 pints strawberries
- 2 cups vanilla Greek yogurt plus additional for garnish
- 1 cup Smucker's® Sugar Free Seedless Strawberry Jam
- OR 1 cup Smucker's® Low Sugar Reduced Sugar Strawberry Preserves
- 1 cup Smucker's® Sugar Free Orange Marmalade
- 1 1/2 tablespoons fresh basil, minced
- 1/8 teaspoon Salt
- 1/8 teaspoon pepper
- Basil, for garnish
- Step 1
BLEND strawberries, yogurt, jam and orange marmalade in blender until smooth.
- Step 2
STIR in basil, salt and pepper. Chill for 2 hours.
- Step 3
SERVE chilled with dollop of yogurt and sprig of basil.
