Ingredients

  • 1 chocolate crunch flavor rice cake
  • 2 tbsps. Smucker's® Natural Creamy Peanut Butter
  • 1 tbsp. Smucker's® Sugar Free Red Raspberry Preserves
  • 1/4 cup mixed berries (blueberries, raspberries, chopped strawberries)
  • Chopped fresh mint

Directions

  • Step 1

    SPREAD rice cake with peanut butter.

  • Step 2

    STIR together preserves, mixed berries and chopped mint, if desired. Spoon over peanut butter.

  • Step 3

    GARNISH with fresh mint, if desired.
