Mini Popcorn and Butterscotch Sundaes

  • 1 (15.5 oz.) bottle Smucker's® Hot Butterscotch Flavored Topping
  • 1 (1.5 to 1.75 qts.) caramel praline pecan or butter pecan ice cream
  • 1 (1 oz.) box caramel coated popcorn with peanuts, divided evenly into 4 portions
  • whipped cream
  • 2 maraschino cherries, drained and halved


  • Step 1

    HEAT topping according to label directions.

  • Step 2

    Mini tumblers and mini silver spoons are available at your local party store.

  • Step 3

    PLACE one very small scoop ice cream in bottom of 4 (2 to 3 oz.) tall dessert cups*. Add 3 or 4 pieces of caramel corn and peanuts. Repeat two more times making 3 layers in each cup. Top with desired amount of warmed topping, whipped cream and cherry.
