  • Step 1

    SPREAD peanut butter on top of tortilla to within 1-inch of edges.

  • Step 2

    MELT butter in large skillet over medium heat to coat bottom.

  • Step 3

    PLACE tortilla in skillet, peanut butter side up. Sprinkle evenly with marshmallows. Cook 3 to 5 minutes or until golden brown on bottom. Remove from skillet and place on cutting board.

  • Step 4

    DROP 1/2 teaspoonfuls of jam over one half of tortilla. Fold tortilla in half over jam-covered area. Let cool 2 minutes. Cut quesadilla into wedges.
