Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup Smucker's® Natural Creamy Peanut Butter
  • 1/4 cup Smucker's® Low Sugar Reduced Sugar Apricot Preserves
  • OR 1/4 cup Smucker's® Low Sugar Reduced Sugar Sweet Orange Marmalade
  • Ground cinnamon
  • 2 tbsps. minced dried apricots
  • 1 cup low fat granola without raisins

Directions

  • Step 1

    COMBINE peanut butter, preserves, cinnamon and apricots in small bowl.

  • Step 2

    MEASURE mixture by rounded half teaspoonful. Form into balls; roll in granola and place in small paper cups. Refrigerate until serving.
