Peanut Butter Bran Shake

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup apple juice, chilled
  • 3 tablespoons bran cereal
  • 1/3 cup Smucker's® Natural Chunky Peanut Butter, stirred
  • Cinnamon to taste
  • 1 cup frozen vanilla yogurt

Directions

  1. PLACE apple juice and cereal in blender container. Allow to soften for 3 minutes.
  2. ADD peanut butter and cinnamon to apple juice mixture. Process for 45 seconds or until smooth. Add frozen yogurt. Process until well-blended.
  3. POUR into two tall glasses. Sprinkle with additional cinnamon, if desired.
VARIATION
  1. CHOCOLATE PEANUT BUTTER FIBER SHAKE: Substitute chocolate frozen yogurt for vanilla.
