Banana Split Trifle

  • 3 cups cold milk
  • 1 (6 serving- size) package vanilla flavored instant pudding mix
  • 1 (8 oz.) can crushed pineapple, drained
  • 1 (10-inch) prepared angel food cake, cut into cubes, divided
  • 1 cup sliced strawberries
  • 1 (8 oz.) container frozen whipped topping, thawed, divided
  • 1 banana, sliced
  • 1/4 cup chopped pecans
  • 1 (12 oz.) jar Smucker's® Hot Fudge Topping


  1. WHISK milk and pudding in large bowl for 2 minutes. Stir in pineapple. Place half of cake cubes in bottom of trifle dish or large glass bowl. Spread 1/3 of pudding mixture on top. Top with sliced strawberries. Spread half of whipped topping over strawberries.
  2. REMOVE lid from hot fudge topping. Heat according to label instructions. Pour half of topping over previous layer; top with remaining cake cubes.
  3. SPREAD half of remaining pudding mixture on top. Top with bananas. Cover with remaining pudding mixture and whipped topping. Drizzle with remaining fudge topping. Sprinkle with pecans.
  4. CHILL until ready to serve. Garnish as desired.
