Beet and Blue Cheese Salad with Orange Vinaigrette

  • 1/4 cup Smucker’s® Natural Orange Marmalade Fruit Spread
  • 2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon Crisco® Pure Vegetable Oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper
  • 2 cups sliced or quartered cooked beets
  • Salad greens
  • 1/4 cup crumbled blue cheese
  • 2 tablespoons chopped salted pistachios


  1. WHISK fruit spread and vinegar in medium bowl until blended. Whisk in oil, salt and pepper.
  2. STIR in beets until coated.
  3. ARRANGE salad greens on servings plates. Spoon beet mixture over greens. Top with cheese and pistachios. Serve immediately.
