  • 2/3 cup Milk
  • 1/4 cup chopped banana
  • 1 (6 oz.) container sugar free vanilla yogurt
  • 2 tablespoons wheat germ
  • 1/2 cup Smucker's® Squeeze Strawberry Reduced Sugar Fruit Spread
  • Sugar free frozen whipped topping thawed


  • Step 1

    COMBINE milk, banana, yogurt, wheat germ, if desired, and fruit spread in blender container. Cover and process until smooth. Pour into 2 tall glasses; dollop with whipped topping, if desired.
